Return and exchange policy
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to submit a return or exchange request. Items must be sent back within this period. For special cases (e.g., quality issues), this period may be extended.
What we support:

- Incorrectly shipped or missing products (order proof and photos required).
What we don't support:
- Personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size without quality issues).

- Products with damaged packaging/labels that affect secondary sales.
Fees:
- Seller pays: For seller-caused issues (quality, incorrect shipment), we cover return and reshipping fees.
- Buyer pays: For personal reasons, the buyer covers round-trip shipping plus a 10%-20% restocking fee.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment account (tariffs/original shipping may be deducted).
- Exchanges are shipped after the returned item is confirmed.
- Partial refunds are available for minor defects without returning the item.
