At Dharma Deer Studio, we want every order to arrive as described and to feel considered, gift-ready, and meaningful.

Return Window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

How To Start A Return

Email support@dharmadeer.com with your order number, checkout email, product name, and the reason for your request. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, resized, or special-request items.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or exposed to perfume, sweat, water, or chemicals.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and items returned without prior approval.

Damaged, Incorrect, Or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or an item arrives damaged. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are generally non-refundable.

Natural Materials & Handmade Character

Natural stones, beads, bone, horn, and hand-finished details may vary in color, pattern, texture, size, and finish. These natural variations are not considered defects.

International buyers are responsible for confirming that their local import rules allow materials such as bone, horn, natural stone, metals, and ritual objects before ordering.
